Should I purchase tickets online?
To secure your spot and enjoy quicker entry, we strongly encourage purchasing tickets in advance online. A limited number of tickets will be available at the gate (cash only), but please note that gate entry may involve longer wait times, especially on busy nights with high presale attendance.

I bought a ticket for the 6:00pm time slot. What time should I plan to arrive?
Please arrive at 6:00pm.

Are there refunds if I miss the show?
We do not offer cash/credit refunds, but will transfer your ticket to an alternate date.

Is the drive paved?
While part of the drive is paved, the majority of the experience is on gravel farm road.

What kinds of vehicles are permitted?
1-7 passenger vehicles are permitted with purchase of general admission ticket. 8-15 passenger vehicles are permitted with purchase of over-sized admission ticket. Buses, limos, campers, & trailers prohibited due to limitations with farm road access ways.

I'm meeting friends, can we ride together?
Please utilize the Blue Barn parking lot for any carpooling, vehicle swaps, car seat unbuckling, etc, as there is no stopping permitted once you are in line for Light Show entry. 

I bought a ticket for the Light Show, but where do I go?
Please keep right and follow the lights upon entry to Blue Barn. The right lane is for ticketed passengers only. 

What is the Pomona Express?
 A  cozy Christmas wonderland for kids and families! Enjoy crafts, a letter to Santa station, coloring corner, hot cocoa bar, and photo ops galore with special appearances from Santa himself - on select days. Head over to the Pomona Express page for more info.

Will Blue Barn Cidery be open?
Yes! Blue Barn Cidery will be decked out for the holidays and serving up limited-time holiday menu items and festive beverages. Don’t forget to stop in the shop for unique, local gifts to cross off your list.
